  1. Who do I contact if I have lost my share certificate or have a query about dividends?

  2. Who do I notify if I have changed my address?
    Please download the Change of Address form (located under 'Forms') and send it to MUFG Corporate Markets. Alternatively, if you are unable to download the form, please contact our Shareholder Helpline and we will send you a form.

  3. Is it possible to have a lost or invalid dividend cheque replaced?
    Yes. Please contact MUFG Corporate Markets.

  4. Can I have my dividends paid directly into my bank or building society account?
    Yes, if you hold ordinary shares and live in the UK or certain other countries covered by the transcontinental automated payment service. Please contact MUFG Corporate Markets for further information..

  5. Can I transfer all or some of my shares to other members of my family?
    Yes. Please contact MUFG Corporate Markets. Download a form (located under 'Forms'). You may also download guidance on completing the form (located under 'Forms').

  6. I receive multiple copies of shareholder circulars. What should I do?
    Your name probably appears on the share register more than once. Please contact MUFG Corporate Markets advice on how to amalgamate your shareholdings.

  7. How do I get an annual report?

  9. Who are MUFG Corporate Markets?
    MUFG Corporate Markets is the Company’s Registrar, who were previously known as Link Group.
    The Company’s Registrar maintains the register of shareholders on behalf of the Company including updating shareholders details and facilitates the Company’s dividend payments and distribution of share certificates.

    New users will first need to register, and you will need your surname, postcode and investor code. Your investor code is a unique number that you will be on previous communications from MUFG, such as share certificates and dividend confirmations.

  11. What is Investor Centre?
    Investor Centre is MUFG’s new platform which you can use to manage your shares online. The new platform replaces the previous platform, Signal Shares. Shareholders who attempt to visit Signal Shares will be automatically re-directed to Investor Centre. Your Signal Share login will not work on Investor Centre. You will need to re-register with Investor Centre. This is because Investor Centre uses multifactor authentication which requires users to enter more than just a password.

  12. How do I access Investor Centre?
    Investor Centre can be accessed via a mobile app available for free on all smart devices from their respective app stores. It can also be accessed via web browser at: Investor Centre | MUFG Corporate Markets

  13. My login details aren’t working. How can I update these for Investor Centre?
    If you have forgotten your username or password, then click on the forgotten username or password links.
    New Investor Centre users will first need to register, and you will need your surname, postcode and investor code.
